Support Groups

We offer three support groups that meet simultaneously. Each group is designed to meet the needs of different members of the brain injury community. Participants are welcome to attend the group that best fits their experience.

Making the Best of It (MBTI) Group

This group provides support and education for adults with acquired brain injury who experience mild challenges in their day-to-day lives. The group offers opportunities for discussion, shared learning, and peer support in a respectful setting.

Supportive Social Group for Adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

This group offers a welcoming space for adults living with acquired brain injury to connect with others who share similar experiences. The focus is on positive social interaction through conversation, group activities, and occasional community outings.

Caregiver and Family Support Group

This group is designed for family members, friends, and caregivers of adults living acquired brain injury. Participants share experiences, exchange resources, and receive support from others who understand the challenges of caregiving.
